Q&A Session at the Bordon Hub
Welcome to our new series of Q & A sessions with our VIP Hub Delivery Partners.
In this session, experienced lawyer from Alton-based Bookers & Bolton will give a short talk about lifecycle of a business and legal needs at key stages, and then will answer a number of questions about how lawyers can support small businesses, and when you should definitely consult a lawyer. Some examples of questions that are frequently asked are:
- I run my business with a friend, do I need a lawyer to draw up a shareholders agreement?
- I’m hiring my first employee / freelancer, do I need a lawyer to draw up a formal contract?
- Do I need a contract for my customers? Or terms and conditions?
- Do I need insurance?
- Do I need a limited company or am I ok to trade as myself?
Do you have other questions? We need them! Let us know what you struggle with and we’ll make sure you get an answer on the day
Please send questions in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line Q&A WITH GIDEON.
