Rebecca Bromley is The Business CoPilot. As well as co-running the Farnham Hub with Jonathan Howkins, Rebecca runs The Business CoPilot working with business owners to set up their processes, create and implement marketing strategies and manage their working days more effectively. Enabling business owners to take time off!
Rebecca is at the Farnham Hub most Fridays and delivers talks on how to make your work life easier.
Having previously spent 19 years running an advertising and branding agency in London, Jonathan Howkins now splits his time between working on his own online businesses, and advising and supporting other small businesses in all aspects of branding and marketing.
Over the course of the last 8 years, Jonathan has been working almost exclusively in the online marketing world, developing sales funnels, creating online advertising campaigns, and implementing email marketing automations.

Emma Selby is the founder of the Farnham Hub and later Your Business Hub Ltd under whose umbrella the Guildford Hub franchise now operates. She has a lot of experience on how NOT to run a business and more recently how NOT to set up a franchise! She has social media strategy skills, community building skills, people skills, some business skills and is connected to everybody you might need to know.
Marketing inspirer, mentor and coach Vanessa has been a business owner for 26 years, with her inspirational marketing business OnTrack Marketing. That’s in addition to having owned a high-street and international online knitwear business from 2004 to 2011.
She has the habit of getting results by sheer determination, passion and her absolute enthusiasm for helping business owners achieve their potential.
Vanessa has an insightful and analytical business mind and she is all about finding ways to ‘make it happen’ for your business. She’s energetic, direct, open and honest – and likes to say it like it is. She’s most definitely the ‘tour de force’ your business needs.

Stuart is director of Blucando, an IT specialist working with small businesses in and around Farnham. He has been in the IT Support industry for over 16 years and has a wealth of knowledge across a variety of systems. Stuart launched Blucando to provide custom support to businesses relying on technology.
Allen Ruddock is a former project management superstar turned Linked IN specialist. As well as being a well known social media expert on the circuit he regularly gives talks here at the Farnham Hub on how to really use Linked In to generate leads and sales. Matthew Burch is usually to be found in his Frensham photography studios – when he’s not here at the Hub snapping our events or giving talks on images and copyright. Matt is one of our longest standing members and knows a great deal about getting the right image for your website, brochure or marketing campaign, He is responsible for all the photographs on this site. Don’t mention stock photography!
Mark Beresford is the founder of Buxton Beresford Financial Planning. He gives regular talks at the Hub about how to manage money as a business owner and often gives out great tax planning tips too. Speak to Mark about anything to do with financial planning
Sarah Bass of Oraculum Recruitment is our recruitment specialist and happy to answer any questions you might have about taking on an employee or two! She talks to us about writing great job descriptions, interview tecnhnique and how to build up and look after the right team for your business.
Michelle Galbraith is the Hub’s Wellness VIP. Michelle has served in the health and wellbeing sector for over 23 years. Founder of Reflexology Farnham and InSync, Michelle specialises in holistic health and is one of only 90 people worldwide qualified in Nerve Reflexology. Michelle talks to us at the Hub about mainting our health and energy as business owners.
Paul Adams is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of accountancy, taxation and corporate business matters in the UK and Internationally. Paul has an uncanny ability to not only make accountancy understandable but also make it fun and entertaining! Paul dlivers regular talks at the Hub about current changes to financial rules effecting business owners and workshops on how to manage your accounts and finances.
Lin joined Branston Adams in June 2008 to support Paul in managing the activities of the firm. Lin attends the Hub and supports Paul!
Adrian Brown is the Hospitality Coach. He has created a unique approach to building Motivated, Inspired and Engaged teams of individuals that deliver exceptional results. Generally working within the hospitality industry with his business 2be2serve, Adrian translates the knowledge he has and makes this applicable for small businesses, we’re very lucky to get exclusive access to Adrian’s workshops for small business owners at the Farnham Hub!
After leaving school, which he disliked intensely, Chris went on to crash and burn spectacularly attempting ‘A’ Levels but did learn how to roll a cigarette with one hand and down a pint in under 12 seconds, so it wasn’t all a disaster. After some years working in a record shop (good laugh, pays nothing!) Chris went to University in his late 20’s and acquired a 2:1 in Estate Management and Law.
From being a mature (sort of!) student, Chris then went on to work for a number of well-known commercial property firms in London. Being a moderately creative but, at heart, commercially minded type of chap Chris then went on to work, initially as a credit industry consultant, with a developing side specialism in social media, marketing and business development. Many of his early clients were law firms which has led him to be where he is now, a specialist in business development and social media engagement at rhw solicitors.

Jane Mancini has over 20 years’ experience in the creative industry.
She works with top brands such as Deutsche Bank, Jaguar, Jones Lang LaSalle, Knight Frank, KPMG, More London and Standard Life.
She has a passion for working with SME’s and Start Up’s supporting them with both their on and offline branding.
Before setting up Wag, Jane was Creative Director at Finnistere where she developed the LloydsTSB brand.
William Brook is the managing director of Farnham IT Support and has working in and around Farnham for almost 15 years helping local small and medium sized businesses with everything from buying their first domain name to setting up and maintaining networks and email systems including Microsoft Exchange and more recently migrating from Small Business Server to Microsoft Office 365.
More recently we have pivoted into SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) with the belief that we could offer a better more affordable service with an open and honest approach to SEO and how we are
able to achieve higher Google rankings for our customers.
