In 2019 Planning for Success part 1 we took an open and honest look at how our businesses performed this year. We also asked the question “did it deliver what we want for us and our family”. We then turned our attention to next year:
- What do you want personally out of 2019?
- How does your business need to perform to enable you to do that?
- What do you need to do to enable your business to perform at that level?
Members took away some homework to look at their key numbers and decide what they need those to be for 2019.
This session is about taking those answers and those key numbers and building out the plan for 2019. What sales do you need to achieve in each quarter, in each month? What marketing campaigns are you going to run to generate those sales. What do you need to create and by when, for those campaigns to succeed?
